Innovation Timeline
I wanted to post my innovation timeline on my blog and my portfolio, just in case the commenting didn't work. Please look through my timeline and provide any feedback that you would like to leave in the comments section below.

Nancy, this is awesome! It is very detailed. You also are utilizing so many digital platforms, which I think is excellent. I'm sure some parents would prefer one over another, and this gives them the option to choose and to learn more about other digital platforms. Your plan is also executed delicately. It's hard to introduce a drastic change, and you do a great job of allowing plenty of time for parents to adjust and learn how this will be implemented. Well done!
ReplyDeleteFirst of all I love your Timeline program and I will definitely be borrowing that and the other Open Source options from that site in the future. The detail in your rollout plan is great. You may consider something like OBS, Restream, Castr, or ManyCam to stream your sessions to multiple platforms at once. Great idea to include the PTO since they will be able to drive a lot of parent participation. I would look for a way to track the amount of views or engagement organically both live and on podcast playback, as well as the parent reviews and response. That may help to inform which issues and formats got the most involvement.
